Job Description

You will be responsible for handling leads from various venues, conducting client briefings, and making initial contact with clients. This involves confirming briefings, scheduling meetings, and presenting the company's profile and portfolio while understanding the clients' requirements. You will engage in discussions about in-house themes and current trends, conduct ideation and research based on client needs, and create customized presentations. Collaborating with the in-house quotation maker and Head of Department, you will provide quotations to clients and stay updated on market trends. Key Responsibilities: - Attend leads from venues, conduct client briefings, and make initial contact - Plan and confirm meetings with clients, explain the company's profile, and discuss themes and trends - Conduct ideation, research, and develop customized presentations - Provide quotations in coordination with the team and finalize budget, theme, and client requirements - Follow up post-quotation submission and close deals with clients - Source artists if needed and delegate projects to project heads - Maintain clear communication with clients and ensure their vision is understood - Assist in event planning, monitor costs, and oversee event execution - Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders - Adhere to company SOPs for client service executives In terms of communication and relationships, you will interact with internal stakeholders such as team members, the Head of Department, and the Founder, as well as external parties including clients, vendors, venues, and artists.
