Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Client Service Executive located in Surat. The Senior Client Service Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional client services. Key responsibilities include understanding client needs, addressing queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the seamless execution of client requirements. The role also involves collaborating on project planning and maintaining high standards in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Client Services and Customer Service skills to manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Strong Communication skills to address client needs and coordinate effectively with internal teams
• Customer Satisfaction expertise to deliver experiences that exceed expectations
• Basic understanding of Finance for project budgeting and cost management
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle client queries and ensure smooth execution
• Experience in event management or a related field is a plus
