Job Title: Client Advocate (Client Coordinator)

Job Description

As a Client Advocate, you will act as the bridge between clients and our management team, ensuring smooth communication, accurate requirement gathering, and timely delivery of our software solutions. This role requires excellent coordination skills, knowledge of ERP and COE software, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts while ensuring client satisfaction and business success.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Gather and document business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (management and development) to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved on time.
  • Manage client communications confidently, providing regular updates, clarifications, and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive successful ERP and COE software implementations, ensuring smooth deployment, adoption, and post-deployment support.
  • Proactively identify client issues, escalate when needed, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure transparent reporting to management.

Qualifications and Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / B.Com or equivalent.

Specific Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in client-facing roles within the IT/software environment.
  • Strong background in ERP systems and familiarity with COE software solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and problem-solve under pressure.
  • Good understanding of software delivery processes, client management, and project coordination.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
