Senior Client Coordinator / ERP

Role Overview: As a Client Advocate at eNova Software and Hardware Solutions Pvt Ltd., you will play a crucial role as the primary point of contact between clients and the management team. Your responsibilities will include maintaining strong client relationships, gathering and translating business requirements, coordinating with internal teams for project delivery, and ensuring successful software implementations. Key Responsibilities: - Be the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and addressing their needs. - Gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for development teams. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met within the specified timelines. - Manage client communications effectively by providing regular updates, clarifications, and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. - Drive successful ERP and COE software implementations, ensuring smooth deployment and post-deployment support. - Proactively identify and escalate client issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining transparent reporting to management.
