Senior Client Acquisition Specialist (Mumbai)

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, confident and highly driven professional to join us as a Senior Client Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will represent LogiSpace as the face of our brand while engaging with high-value clients, understanding their workspace needs, curating tailored options, driving negotiations and closing deals.

This role is a perfect blend of consulting, on-ground execution, relationship-building, and strategic selling.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound leads: consult, gather requirements, and recommend suitable office spaces.

Conduct property shortlisting and schedule site visits with clients.

Accompany clients for site visits and guide them to make the best-fit decision.

Negotiate on behalf of clients and drive closure to final deal.

Actively reach out to companies via calls, email and LinkedIn to set up meetings.

Conduct in-person corporate visits (scheduled & walk-in) to generate fresh leads.

Maintain and update lead activity via CRM and report progress to leadership.

What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication in English & Hindi

Confident, polished personality with strong client-facing skills

Ability to think on your feet and problem solve

Street-smart mindset with hunger to achieve

Willingness to be in the field, meet new people and build business relationships

Experience in Real Estate / Leasing / Sales is a plus but not mandatory
