Senior Civil Engineer

Job Purpose:

To lead and oversee project execution activities ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery as per project specifications and organizational standards. Responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and execute site activities in line with project timelines and approved drawings.
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Supervise contractors, vendors, and manpower to ensure proper utilization of resources.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project management teams for smooth execution.
• Resolve technical/site issues and provide guidance to junior engineers.
• Ensure timely reporting of progress, delays, risks, and cost impacts to management.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures.
• Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements at site.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in execution processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
