Senior Chief Engineer

• Technical Leadership:
  - Define and oversee the architecture of automotive lighting systems (headlamps, tail lamps, interior lighting, adaptive systems).- Provide expert guidance on optical, thermal, and electronic design aspects.
• Project Management:
  - Lead multiple projects from concept to production, ensuring timelines, cost targets, and quality standards are met.- Collaborate with global teams, suppliers, and OEM customers.
• Innovation & Strategy:
  - Drive research and development of new lighting technologies (LED, OLED, laser, matrix systems, adaptive lighting).- Evaluate emerging trends and integrate advanced features like smart lighting and connectivity.
• Compliance & Standards:
  - Ensure designs meet international regulations (ECE, SAE, FMVSS) and internal quality standards.- Conduct risk assessments and implement robust validation plans.
• Mentorship:
  Coach and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Optical Engineering.
  
• Experience:
  - 12+ years in automotive lighting design and development.- Proven track record in leading complex engineering projects and cross-functional teams.
• Skills:
  - Expertise in optical simulation tools (e.g., LucidShape, LightTools), CAD software, and thermal analysis.- Strong knowledge of electronics integration and lighting control systems.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
