Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Determine production-relevant environments requiring full change control
Define change and approval process and SLAs for applications
Activate/align CAB meeting for application changes and use CMDB to identify impact on relevant CIs
Coordinate and manage technology changes across all service areas
Chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and facilitate decision-making
Assess change risks and ensure proper authorization processes
Maintain change calendar and coordinate scheduling to minimize conflicts
Ensure changes follow established procedures and approval workflows
Monitor change success rates and identify improvement opportunities
Coordinate emergency changes while maintaining appropriate controls
Support release and deployment management activities
Maintain change documentation and audit trails
