Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine production-relevant environments requiring full change control
  • Define change and approval process and SLAs for applications
  • Activate/align CAB meeting for application changes and use CMDB to identify impact on relevant CIs
  • Coordinate and manage technology changes across all service areas
  • Chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and facilitate decision-making
  • Assess change risks and ensure proper authorization processes
  • Maintain change calendar and coordinate scheduling to minimize conflicts
  • Ensure changes follow established procedures and approval workflows
  • Monitor change success rates and identify improvement opportunities
  • Coordinate emergency changes while maintaining appropriate controls
  • Support release and deployment management activities
  • Maintain change documentation and audit trails
