Job Description

Supervise and coordinate the activities of servers, hosts, and other front-of-house staff. Train and mentor new employees, ensuring they adhere to service standards and company policies. Conduct pre-shift meetings to brief staff on daily goals and responsibilities. Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and efficiency. Greet guests, assist with inquiries, and manage special requests. Monitor table turnover and seating arrangements to optimise restaurant occupancy.
