As a Senior Campaign Manager, your primary objective is to drive the commercial success of the Nothing product line in India through the implementation of fully integrated, insight-driven marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will span from pre-launch activities to lifecycle management, ensuring that the campaigns resonate with local audiences, stimulate demand, and demonstrate best-in-class execution across various channels. In this role, you will play a pivotal, cross-functional role that is well-suited for individuals who excel in dynamic environments, operate with a blend of precision and creativity, and are enthusiastic about establishing a disruptive technology brand. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead Integrated Marketing Campaigns (IMC): - Take ownership of campaigns throughout their lifecycle: from pre-launch to launch and beyond. - Ensure a seamless and consistent connection across all touchpoints (paid, owned, earned). - Drive alignment among PR, Social, Paid Media, Retail, and other functions to maintain coordinated workstreams and adhere to timelines. - Continuously enhance workflows and inter-team handovers to maximize operational efficiency. - Define Local Product & Launch Strategy: - Customize global product positioning and messaging to suit the Indian market. - Develop the India Go-To-Market (GTM) plan in collaboration with cross-functional teams, outlining timing, messaging, channel strategies, and execution roadmap. - Oversee Creative Briefing & Asset Delivery: - Create and manage creative briefs for various phases, including hero films, PDPs, channel banners, and social content. - Collaborate with in-house creatives and agencies to ensure timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality asset delivery. - Optimize assets for different platforms while aligning them with campaign messaging. - Campaign Budget & Performance Management: - Take charge of the complete campaign budget, monitoring expenditures and return on investment. - Utilize data and insights to shape strategies and make informed optimizations throughout the campaign lifecycle. - Regularly report on performance, with a strong emphasis on learnings and continuous improvement. - Channel Marketing: - Serve as the primary marketing interface for channel partners. - Coordinate on campaign schedules, promotional periods, co-branded assets, and content rollouts. - Ensure optimal representation and visibility of our products on key partner platforms during critical junctures. **What We're Looking For:** - Demonstrated experience in integrated marketing campaign management, particularly in tech, consumer electronics, or high-growth consumer brands. - Proficient understanding of the entire marketing mix and its effective orchestration across different campaign phases. - Display of an ownership mindset, capable of driving business performance and operating independently. - Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong emphasis on creative excellence. - Strong cross-functional leadership capabilities to provide clarity and guidance to teams. - Experience in working with constrained budgets and maximizing impact through efficiency and creativity. - A passion for creating bold, cohesive, and memorable brand experiences. **Why Join Us ** - Embrace a culture free from corporate constraints - filled with daring ideas, rapid execution, and genuine ownership. - Be part of a team focused on disrupting and defining rather than adhering to conventional norms. - Join the fastest-growing tech brand in India over the past decade and contribute to shaping the future. - Witness the visible impact of your work - recognized, shared, and discussed throughout the country and beyond. - Accelerate your career progression by working alongside ambitious individuals who operate at the pace of a startup.,
