Job Description

Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior CAD Technician – Bridges to join our dynamic infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bridge drafting, with a minimum of five years of experience, and demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD. Experience with MicroStation and prior work on Middle East infrastructure projects will be considered a significant advantage.About BOLD Business:Bold Business is a US-based, leading global business process outsourcing firm with over 25 years of experience and more than $7B in client engagements. Develop detailed CAD drawings and models for bridge structures and associated civil works
Collaborate with engineers and design teams to produce accurate and high-quality design and construction documents
Ensure all drawings comply with company, client, and industry standards and specifications
Manage drawing sets, revisions, and document control efficiently across project phases
Conduct drawing reviews for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to applicable drafting and design standards
Provide support during the design development and construction documentation stages of bridge projects

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a CAD Technician in bridge or civil infrastructure projects
Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with MicroStation is a strong asset
Solid knowledge of CAD standards, structural detailing, and drafting practices related to bridges
Ability to read and interpret engineering sketches, plans, and technical specifications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple drawing packages and revisions
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Experience working on Middle East infrastructure projects is preferred
Must be ready to re-locate to Pune, Maharashtra

Preferred Qualification:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Drafting, or a related field
Experience with BIM software/tools is a plus
