Senior C# Software Engineer

Job Description:
Lumen is seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer with expertise in C# and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions that meet the needs of our clients and enhance our internal processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and deliver high-quality software products. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement software applications using C# and SSIS. - Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and project managers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Maintain and improve existing software solutions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. - Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner. - Write and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and code comments. - Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and adherence to coding standards. Skills and Tools Required: - Proficiency in C# programming language. - Strong experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for data integration and transformation. - Solid understanding of database design and SQL. - Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices. - Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN. - Knowledge of cloud services and APIs is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
