Key Responsibilities Design and maintain embedded software for L2 switching on Broadcom platforms. Configure switches to support features like VLANs, VxLANs, and NAT. Implement packet inspection and filtering rules for enhanced security. Work with Broadcom SDKs and APIs for platform-specific optimizations. Collaborate with hardware engineers, network architects, and QA teams. Optimize switch performance and troubleshoot complex issues. Preferred candidate profile Ideal Profile Expertise in C++ programming. Extensive experience with Broadcom switch platforms. Strong understanding of L2 protocols and network security principles. Proven experience in troubleshooting and optimizing embedded switches. Good documentation and collaboration skills. Nice to Have Experience with automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers. Exposure to system integration and real-time constraints. Familiarity with ASIC-level programming.
