Job description Responsible for initial deployments of new enterprise switching products, respective new technology, major feature roll outs. Stage the customer deployment in lab to replicate field scenarios and test the solution prior to field deployment. Design and implement enterprise switching systems and networks. Responsible for RFI/RFP. Develop High level customer design HLD and able to prepare LLD (Low Level design). Handle product demonstrations, lab and field Proof of Concepts (POCs). Prepare test plans for POCs, demos and carry out internal testing of the same. Be the Subject Matter Expert on product capabilities and network solutions. Work with the SE team to prepare and enhance solution documents based on lab validation. Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, MPLS, SR, RSTP, MSTP, ERPS, Virtual Chassis etc.). Optimize network performance and ensure high availability. Interact with diverse teams like RD, Product Management and Sales team to understand the customer requirements. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems. Monitor and troubleshoot network issues with NSG TAC Team. Develop and implement network security measures. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
