Senior Business Systems Analyst

Acting as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team, you will ensure that business requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented. Additionally, you will serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating Scrum ceremonies for agile development teams and collaborating closely with team members to enhance productivity and create a collaborative environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Eliciting Requirements: Engaging with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and objectives. - Communication: Acting as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. - Facilitating Scrum Events: Organizing and leading key Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Removing Impediments: Identifying and resolving issues that may hinder the team's progress, acting as a buffer between the team and external distractions. - Continuous Improvement: Encouraging and facilitating ongoing improvements within the team's processes and practices.
