Our IT organization has a critical role in driving extraordinary business results. The role focuses on advancing the capabilities of our supply chain business systems using the latest best of breed cloud and edge technologies that are integrated as part of our broader ERP environment.
Responsibilities:
- Worked in requirement elicitation sessions with business stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Finance, Supply Chain) to capture, analyze, and document complex business needs, focusing on Order to Cash (O2C) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) functionalities, including Pricing , extension changes.
- Serve as the functional expert for Oracle EBS modules relating to O2C and SCM.
- Conduct gap analysis between current business processes and Oracle EBS capabilities, proposing effective, scalable solutions.
- Create detailed functional specification documents (FSDs) and design documents for system configurations, customizations, and reports, ensuring alignment with technical development standards.
- Collaborate with technical teams (developers, DBAs) to translate functional designs into technical solutions and ensure correct implementation.
- Support the integration of Oracle EBS (O2C/SCM) with multiple downstream or upstream applications and systems (e.g., CRM, WMS), ensuring seamless data flow and process continuity.
- Lead and execute system testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, ensuring test plans validate all documented business requirements and functional specifications.
- Assist in the development and validation of data migration strategies related to O2C and SCM data, ensuring data integrity and quality during implementation or upgrades.
- Experience in providing functional support for O2C and SCM-related system issues, performing root-cause analysis and driving resolution.
- Develop and deliver targeted training and documentation for end-users and power users on new system functionalities and processes.
- Stay informed on Oracle EBS and Cloud ERP capabilities, advising on potential system enhancements and contributing to the future roadmap.
- Maintain effective communication and collaborative relationships with all business stakeholders and relevant third-party vendors.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud OTC implementation will be an added advantage.

Requirements:
- Experience: 1012 years as a System Business Analyst / Functional Lead
- Core Platform: Deep, demonstrable experience with Oracle EBS
- Functional Expertise: Strong command of Order to Cash (O2C) and SCM
- Specific Focus: Extensive experience with Pricing functionalities (e.g., Advanced Pricing)
- Documentation: Proven ability to create high-quality Functional Specification Documents (FSDs)
- Cloud Knowledge: Knowledge/Experience with Oracle Cloud Order to Cash implementation
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to work directly with Business for requirement capture and validation
