Puretech Digital is expanding our leadership team and we’re looking for a dynamic

Senior Business Manager (SBM)

to lead client strategy, project performance, and team success.This role is open to professionals with strong experience in

either SEO OR Paid Media

.If you are a strategic thinker, a performance-driven leader, and someone who thrives in client-facing roles, this opportunity is for you.

What You Will Lead

  • End-to-end ownership of client portfolios
  • Monthly, quarterly & annual performance reviews and storytelling
  • Strategic planning and implementation (SEO or Paid Media)
  • Leading, mentoring, and growing high-performing teams
  • Client meetings, feedback incorporation & business planning
  • Identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities and scaling SOW
  • Creating review decks, case studies & award-worthy work
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams for integrated success

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience as a Senior Business Manager / Digital Account Lead
  • Expertise in either SEO or Paid Media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, Analytics, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, presentation & stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to build strategies, analyse performance dashboards, and drive results
  • Experience managing teams, handling clients, and delivering measurable impact
  • Proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong ownership
