 Senior Business Manager - Affordable Housing 
 Job Purpose 
Creating a strong & compliant sales culture across the channel to drive acquisitions, profitability, and employee development.  Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Managing and supporting the effective deployment of a team of sales professionals within the geographical area, exploring new markets, and allocating resources to the most profitable opportunities.
  • Achieving and exceeding business goals.
  • Creating a strong & compliant sales culture across the channel to drive acquisitions, profitability, and employee development.
  • Meeting with CAT A builders and getting their projects approved with BAFL.
  • Negotiating with builders to secure business in a cost-effective manner.
  • Identifying the need for sales training, analyzing changing market trends, channel deployment, and providing feedback and suggestions to the RSM.
  • Ensuring implementation of promotional plans and contests, and suggesting new and innovative promotion plans for the area of work.
  • Recruiting and retaining high performers.
  • Ensuring the highest levels of employee relationship, motivation, and engagement to drive results and high levels of employee satisfaction.
  • Ensuring that goals, PMP discussions, development plan discussions, ongoing coaching and feedback, and skip-level meetings are conducted timely and effectively.
  • Effectively engaging Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes and profitability across locations.
  • Sales & Collect Model – Managing collections of the acquired portfolio.

  •  Required Qualifications and Experience 
     Qualifications 
  • Graduates with relevant sales experience of 1-3 years (candidates with 8-10 years of experience may also apply).

  •  Work Experience 
  • Graduates with relevant sales experience of 1-3 years (candidates with 5-6 years of experience may also apply) in managing large sales channels in multiple market environments or corporate sales experience.
  • Prior and relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry, with specific experience of Personal Loans, Business Loans, or loans against/purchase of commercial properties.
  • Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong bias for action and driving results in a high-performance environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.
  • Excellent relationship skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and profitability.
  • High motivational levels and self-starter attitude.
