Senior Business Manager - Affordable Housing
Job Purpose
Creating a strong & compliant sales culture across the channel to drive acquisitions, profitability, and employee development. Duties and Responsibilities

Managing and supporting the effective deployment of a team of sales professionals within the geographical area, exploring new markets, and allocating resources to the most profitable opportunities.

Achieving and exceeding business goals.

Creating a strong & compliant sales culture across the channel to drive acquisitions, profitability, and employee development.

Meeting with CAT A builders and getting their projects approved with BAFL.

Negotiating with builders to secure business in a cost-effective manner.

Identifying the need for sales training, analyzing changing market trends, channel deployment, and providing feedback and suggestions to the RSM.

Ensuring implementation of promotional plans and contests, and suggesting new and innovative promotion plans for the area of work.

Recruiting and retaining high performers.

Ensuring the highest levels of employee relationship, motivation, and engagement to drive results and high levels of employee satisfaction.

Ensuring that goals, PMP discussions, development plan discussions, ongoing coaching and feedback, and skip-level meetings are conducted timely and effectively.

Effectively engaging Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes and profitability across locations.

Sales & Collect Model – Managing collections of the acquired portfolio.

Required Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications

Graduates with relevant sales experience of 1-3 years (candidates with 8-10 years of experience may also apply).

Work Experience

Graduates with relevant sales experience of 1-3 years (candidates with 5-6 years of experience may also apply) in managing large sales channels in multiple market environments or corporate sales experience.

Prior and relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry, with specific experience of Personal Loans, Business Loans, or loans against/purchase of commercial properties.

Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong bias for action and driving results in a high-performance environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.

Excellent relationship skills.

Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and profitability.

High motivational levels and self-starter attitude.

Working knowledge of Excel.
