Role Overview: As a Senior Business Execution Consultant at Wells Fargo, you will focus on driving strategic initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and supporting business performance across functions. You will lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups, contribute to large-scale strategic initiatives, and ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of solutions related to assigned operations. Your role will involve researching moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives, providing recommendations for support functions independently, and assisting in the planning and execution of various programs and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large-scale strategic initiatives - Ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of solutions related to assigned operations - Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives - Work independently to provide recommendations for support functions - Assist in planning and executing programs and initiatives - Collaborate with team leaders to develop project plans, policies, and procedures - Provide leadership in managing relationships and implementing programs with cross-functional business partners Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience - Ability to lead and manage strategic projects and initiatives from planning through execution - Proficiency in conducting assessments using data-driven approaches - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leaders - Strong analytical skills and ability to provide decision support through analysis and reporting - Mentoring skills to guide junior team members and promote best practices Additional Company Details: Employees at Wells Fargo support the focus on building strong customer relationships while maintaining a risk-mitigating and compliance-driven culture.
