Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and recruit new agency partners (e.g., marketing agencies, consulting firms, financial advisors) that serve the SME market.
  • Conduct due diligence and capability assessments of potential partners to ensure they align with our business goals and values.
  • Develop and execute a structured onboarding process to efficiently integrate new agencies into our channel ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at existing and new agency partners.
  • Train and enable agency partners on our products/services, sales methodologies, and value propositions.

  • Manage and update the CRM system with all lead generation, pipeline, and client information.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, successes, and challenges.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 2 to 5 years of work experience in SME Agency Channel.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
