Who Were Looking For

5+ years in Sales/Pre-Sales (EdTech preferred), with 3+ years managing teams
Proven track record in driving revenue and achieving targets
Strong leadership, communication & interpersonal skills
Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset
Ability to build, lead & motivate large teams (50+ associates, 5+ managers)

Roles & Responsibilities

Own performance & growth of Pre-Sales team (Managers + Associates)
Drive sales-qualified leads and ensure optimal CAC
Train, monitor & guide teams to achieve targets
Counsel prospects on career opportunities with CCBP 4.0
Handle escalations, track lead quality, and share market insights
Set weekly/monthly targets and improve team performance
