Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development

Executive to join our dynamic sales team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales, with proven experience

in scheduling qualified appointments through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn

prospecting. Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce is a must. Prior

experience in the US market and comfort with night shifts is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn

outreach.

Schedule high-quality appointments for the sales team with key decision-makers (CXOs,

Founders, etc.).

Understand and communicate the value proposition of SaaS products or services

effectively.

Maintain and update CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce) with accurate lead and activity

information.

Achieve and exceed monthly targets for outreach, appointments, and conversions.

Collaborate with internal teams to refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and sales

strategies.

Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities in the US

region.
