Senior Business Development Executive

Job Title: Sr. Business Development Executive/Manager

Experience: 5 to 7 years.

Location: Bavdhan, Pune (WFO)

Timing: MonFri | 9:30 AM 6:30 PM

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days.

Industry Preference: IT services / Software Development.

Responsibilities:

-Generate new leads and build client relationships.

-Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.

-Understand client needs and share proposals.

-Coordinate with internal teams for solutions.

-Achieve monthly targets and maintain sales reports.

-Research & identify potential clients and key decision makers within the target market.

-Maintain & update lead database regularly.

-Run Lead nurturing campaigns to reengage past prospects.

-Track record of number of leads generated, conversion rates, etc.

-Use Sales Navigator for effective prospecting.

Requirements:

-5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales (IT preferred)

-Excellent English communication & negotiation skills.

-Self-motivated and target-oriented.

-Proficient in HubSpot & Sales Navigator.

-Ability to work independently & meet deadlines.

Desired Profile:

-Should have minimum 5+ years of experience with B2B sales process and lead generation tools.

-Interest & Familiarity with Digital Marketing Concepts (SEO, PPC, email Marketing, Inbound/Outbound Marketing)..
