Job Specification Position : Sr. Business Development Engineer Location : Bengaluru Qualifications : B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering + MBA (optional) Experience : 5 to 8 years of experience in Technical Sales-Welding,Power Tools,Safety Equipments,Industrial gases, Abrasives Responsibilities 1.Candidate will be based out of Bangalore taking care of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and West African countries. 2.Responsible for achieving sales targets with focus on forecasting and planning for the month. 3. Large customers, Project sites, EPC , Oil and Gas Fabrication clients conversion 4. Appointing new dealers for market distribution and enhancing the country sales. 5. Identify new Retailers/ markets for conversion – convert them into opportunities. 5 Market development activities to improve Brand visibility at retailers place, Implement promotional and marketing schemes from time to time 6. Dealer management – training, customer service and support. 7. Market intelligence – gather accurate data on competition activity and market mapping. 8.Manage receivables and ensure collection on time. 9.
