Job Description

Manage and actively engage key accounts of Architects/ Government departments/ End-customers Maintain excellent working relationships with consultants to identify new projects on modular partitions and provide accurate, precise and timely information to consultants/architects Select and recommend appropriate solutions including products, budgetary quotes, standards, etc. to the target audience Increase in the Specifications funnels made with complete products including mechanical, electromechanical, automatics, digital, glass, etc. Input, maintain and analyze the project funnel in the CRM tool Ensure the submitted specifications are discussed and becomes part of the project tender for future sales generation Conduct regular lunch & learn and training events with Architects and Design Firms on codes, standards, designs and solutions to drive brand awareness Gather market intelligence and competition update; provide requisite feedback to the management Closely work and coordinate with the Project Sales team to ensure conversion of specifications into actual sales. Explore the project needs & Offer Technical proposals/solutions in coordination with the Design Team Get our solutions approved / specified by the stakeholders & build a robust Projects Pipeline Maintain & Grow the Relationship with all the stakeholders Conducting In House Seminars & Presentations to create awareness and acceptance in the specifier community Work towards becoming the preferred Solution Provider
