Key Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact during software deployment, handling client questions, troubleshooting issues, supporting new process implementations, and providing hands-on guidance during system conversions.

• Perform in-depth data analysis, product alignment, and client consultations to capture and document data needs for effective software utilization.
• Create comprehensive data mapping and transaction flow documentation to ensure precise field-level data migration.
