Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in BA Role which includes at least 18 months as a lead BA or Senior BA in a BA team

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Performing requirements analysis. Perform in-depth analysis of incidents to determine root causes and propose solutions. Problem solving.
• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts in the form of Business process diagrams, FRD, BRD, Use case diagrams, SRS and System specification document.
