Job Description

As a member of the Financial Market Digital Channels team, you will be involved in providing top-notch technology support for the bank's Financial Markets business. Your role will focus on the in-house pricing, execution, and trade processing platform, where you will apply your expertise to ensure exceptional service to customers in a competitive environment. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with intelligent technologists globally and contribute to the financial markets domain. The team culture is characterized by openness, intellectuality, and enjoyment, with ample learning opportunities and possibilities for career growth for motivated individuals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive agile delivery process in the role of a Scrum Master, with additional experience in product ownership being beneficial. - Cultivate strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders through proactive engagement and management. - Take charge of technology deliveries from high-level requirements to development, testing, and deployment stages. - Offer continuous support to technology teams, including tasks such as authoring or reviewing test cases, managing change requests, and maintaining high-quality UAT plans. - Identify risks and issues early on, devise mitigating strategies, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. - Understand front office platform design requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 7+ years of experience in banks or product companies, showcasing strong Business Analysis and/or Project Management skills. - Solid experience in Financial Markets technology delivery. - Practical exposure as a Front Office Business Analyst in a project setting. - Proficiency in at least one of the asset classes like Rates, Commodities, or FX derivatives. - Familiarity with Trade Life Cycle processes. - Versed in Agile and traditional project management methodologies. - Technical background with knowledge of programming languages, technologies, architectures, data stores, and messaging. - Proficient in business analysis skills, including documenting requirements, user stories, and translating them for development and testing. - Ability to adapt to various roles such as Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or UAT manager as per project requirements. - Experience in managing release cycles for technology delivery within a financial institution. - Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. - Track record of collaborating with globally distributed teams across different time zones. - Understanding of change processes within financial institutions. - Capability to lead cross-departmental teams for successful delivery, irrespective of direct reporting lines. In addition to the mandatory skills, the following qualifications would be advantageous: - Certifications like Scrum Master, Product Owner, or PMP. - Knowledge and prior experience with large-scale financial markets technology platforms.,
