Senior Business Analyst

You will be working as a Business Analyst at WeMakeIoT, located in Calicut. With a minimum of 4 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our IoT products and services meet high standards of quality and functionality. Your primary responsibilities will include requirements analysis, functional testing, documentation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and conduct meetings to validate findings. Additionally, you will execute test cases, perform manual testing, identify defects, and validate solutions to ensure they meet business and technical requirements. Your role will also involve creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, presenting test results to stakeholders, working closely with project managers and developers, and contributing to process improvements for requirement gathering and testing. Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and functional testing, especially within the IoT domain, will be essential. To qualify for this position, you should have a BTech in Computer Science or Electronics and Communications, with an MBA degree being a plus. Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, preferably focusing on IoT systems, along with a strong understanding of functional testing methodologies, test management tools, and defect tracking systems, is required. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, coupled with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, are essential. Knowledge of IoT technologies and platforms is advantageous.
