Job Title: Business Analyst - PTC Windchill

Job Summary

Business Analyst with strong PTC Windchill expertise

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and requirements related to PLM systems
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Design and recommend solutions to improve PTC Windchill functionality
Support configuration, customization, and integration of Windchill
Assist in testing, validation, and deployment of solutions
Provide training and support to end users
Maintain clear documentation of processes and system changes
Coordinate project activities to ensure timely delivery

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field
3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with
PTC Windchill
Strong knowledge of PLM concepts and Windchill modules
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in a team-oriented and project-driven environment
