Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead
requirement gathering sessions
with stakeholders for Power Apps applications.
End-to-end
Business Analysis & Project Handling
from requirement gathering to Go-Live.
Prepare and maintain documentation including
BRD
and
SRS
.
Coordinate
testing activities
to ensure quality deliverables.
Handle and resolve incidents reported by users.
Assign and track daily tasks for developers, monitoring progress.
Act as a bridge between
users, developers, and stakeholders
to clarify requirements and resolve queries.
Address and resolve
access-related
and other system issues.
Provide
project status updates
regularly.
Develop
User Manuals
and deliver
training sessions
for end-users.
Create mockups using
MS Visio
.
Prepare and deliver
PowerPoint presentations
for stakeholders.
Drive
issue resolution
and enhancement of existing Power Apps applications.
Serve as
Scrum Master
, facilitating agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives).
Utilize
Azure DevOps
and
Jira
for backlog management, sprint tracking, and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum
6 years of experience
in Business Analysis, with strong exposure to
Power Platform (Power Apps)
projects.
Proven experience as a
Scrum Master
in agile environments.
Hands-on knowledge of
Azure DevOps
and
Jira
for work item management and reporting.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficiency in documentation, mockup creation (MS Visio), and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalations effectively.
