Senior Business Analyst (P&C)

As a Senior Business Analyst (P&C) in the Insurance industry, your primary role will involve: Having a minimum of 7+ years of experience specifically in P&C Insurance business analysis. Demonstrating a strong understanding of the business processes related to policy lifecycle and claims lifecycle, preferably focusing on Policy life Cycle. Showcasing expertise in either Commercial Lines (GL, Property, Auto, Professional Liability) or Personal Lines (Auto, Home). Utilizing your experience in Product Configuration of COTS products, with a proven track record in product implementation projects. Translating requirements into use cases effectively, including building an RTM to document acceptance criteria. Collaborating with development and testing teams to conduct requirement walkthroughs, manage requirement changes, and validate solutions/products based on acceptance criteria. Demonstrating proficiency in Requirements Gathering and Elicitation (BRD, FRD, FRS, etc.) as well as Requirement Analysis and Modeling including Workflow Diagrams. Desirable skills for this role include: Understanding of insurance data conversion, focusing on either Policy or Claims. Experience in data analysis and mapping for interface projects. Proficiency in SQL for creating and running simple and complex queries based on data analysis and understanding of policy or claims databases and their relationships. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Capability to work independently. Qualifications required for this position are: B.Tech/ Degree in Business Administration/Information Systems or related field preferred. INS 21, 22, and 23 certifications are considered Good to have.,
