MERN-Senior Engineer/ Lead

As a Senior Engineer/Lead in MERN stack based in Gurgaon, you will be required to leverage your 5+ years of experience to contribute to various technical aspects. Your proficiency in NodeJS and ReactJS will be pivotal in successfully executing the projects. Familiarity with CI/CD implementation tools like GitHub, GitLab, and GoCD is a plus. You should be well-versed in NoSQL databases particularly MongoDB and have hands-on experience with Version Control Systems, specifically GitHub. Your strong teamwork and interpersonal skills will be essential in collaborating effectively with the team. Excellent communication skills are a must for seamless interaction with stakeholders. While not mandatory, exposure to .NET C# Development, Kafka, and handling video streams will be advantageous. To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering/BCA/MCA. Your responsibilities will include server-side programming using NodeJS, building portals, microservices, and APIs with ReactJS and NodeJS, and managing data with MongoDB and Mongoose. You will be expected to iterate on best practices for deployment quality and velocity, provide system support, and demonstrate proficiency in networking and Windows. Additionally, familiarity with web server optimization techniques, web application architecture, and best practices will be crucial. Any prior experience in handling videos, live streams, and media servers/players will be considered a valuable asset.
