As a Senior Business Analyst/Associate Media Manager specializing in Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for analyzing marketing data, developing media proposals, and evaluating business requirements. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to drive insights and performance improvements. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and decision-making Experience in Business Analysis and evaluation of business needs Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and effective interactions Knowledge of Business Process development and optimization Understanding of Business Requirements gathering and documentation Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred Experience in marketing, e-commerce, or a data-driven environment is a plus Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams Years of Experience: 2-3 Agency exp.
