Senior Business Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Lead business process analysis and improvement initiatives within the banking

domain

• Develop detailed As-Is and To-Be process maps to document current workflows and

propose optimizations

• Identify and document business problems, pain points, and opportunities for process

improvements

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business

requirements

• Ensure compliance with US banking regulations and standards in all process

improvements

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain project documentation
• Conduct impact analysis and provide recommendations for process changes
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and track their

effectiveness

• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in US Banking/Financial Services domain
• 6+ years of experience in process mapping and documentation
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
• Strong track record of stakeholder management and requirements gathering
• Experience with US banking regulations and compliance requirements
• 8+ years of overall Business Analysis experience
