At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world.Business Analyst & Digital transformation leadData StrategyWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Business Analyst to lead and support data-driven digital transformation initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT business analysis, advanced data analytics, and experience in deploying AI-powered solutions to optimize business processes and outcomes. This role acts as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure that digital transformation strategies are effectively aligned with business goals. This position will be a hands-on role and require someone who is a critical thinker, team player, exceptionally curious, a self-starter, with impeccable attention to detail and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.

Work with data teams to define KPIs, design dashboards, and extract actionable insights from structured and unstructured data.

Perform gap analysis and root cause analysis using data trends and performance metrics.

Drive digital transformation initiatives leveraging AI/ML, automation, and analytics.

Identify opportunities for applying AI to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and decision-making.

Actively participate in enterprise data governance activities to ensure consistent alignment, evolution, and adherence to standards across data sets.

Prepare detailed business requirement documents (BRD), use cases, process maps, and test plans.

Ensure solutions are compliant with data governance, security, and regulatory standards

Develop, document, and refine best practices and standard operating procedures for data collection, cleansing, enrichment, deduplication, and enhancement of data.

Champion the importance of managing our data as an asset.

Monitor, track and report on ongoing data quality levels and data integrity fallouts across data domains such as customer, vendor, product, sales, marketing, etc.

Support data owners, and 3rd party data provider partners on execution of, and adherence to, on-going data quality processes and ongoing data cleansing projects.

Perform data cleansing procedures and remediation activities.

Enable data standardization and validation measures.

Candidate Desired Profie:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

6+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst with at least 35 years in AI/Digital Transformation initiatives.

Strong understanding of data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL).

Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, NLP, RPA, and tools/platforms such as Azure AI, AWS ML, or Google Cloud AI.

Experience with Agile/Scrum and traditional SDLC methodologies.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, or AI/ML certifications (preferred).
