Senior Business Analyst

Job Description:

• Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze and map existing business processes to identify areas for optimization.
• Develop and maintain functional specifications and business cases.
• Collaborate with IT, product, and operations teams to implement business solutions.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitor analysis to inform business strategy.
• Support testing, validation, and user acceptance during the implementation of new systems or processes.
• Monitor KPIs and report on project outcomes and business performance.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations for stakeholders at various levels.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with business process modeling, requirement gathering, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or other project management methodologies is a plus.
