Senior Brand Designer

We’re looking for a senior brand designer who can bridge brand thinking and design execution. Someone who can translate insights into strong visual systems, set clear creative directions, and work smoothly across copy, packaging, digital touchpoints, and physical brand experiences.

What you’ll do

• Drive creative direction for branding and identity assignments end-to-end
• Partner with strategists to shape brand narratives, personas, and verbal routes
• Own the visual identity built from core elements to scalable systems
• Lead and support designers, writers, and external collaborators through delivery
• Facilitate brainstorms, design sprints, and regular client reviews/check-ins
• Ensure the work stays bold, relevant, and grounded in context

Requirements

• 2+ years of branding studio/agency experience focused on identity and branding
• Formal or practical grounding in design, visual communication, or branding
• A portfolio that demonstrates system-building and real-world execution (not only mockups)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
