Senior Biomedical Engineer

You will lead and supervise the biomedical team across India. You will handle and track all service calls to ensure timely resolution. In addition, you will oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment both on-site and in-office. It will be your responsibility to conduct training sessions for team members on new products and support the sales team during product demos. You will also maintain and service demo units in the office, manage and update warranty, AMC, and CAMC records, and interact with customer biomedical teams to ensure satisfaction and understand future needs. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining the service center and ensuring smooth operations. Qualifications: - Diploma preferred Experience: - 8 years in the Medical Equipments Industry (Required) - 8 years as a Biomedical Engineer (Required) Please note that the job type for this position is Full-time.
