Senior Biomedical Engineer

Cyrix Health care is seeking a Senior Biomedical Engineer to join our team. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the accurate mapping and addition of new medical equipment while maintaining a 100% accuracy rate in the equipment database. You will be expected to attend to all types of medical equipment service calls promptly, raise purchase requests for necessary spare parts, and provide technical support to the field team via phone or video conferencing as needed. In this role, you will take responsibility for attending and assisting with breakdown calls escalated from junior biomedical engineers and biomedical engineers. Additionally, you will be required to perform installations and preventive maintenance tasks as required, submit reports, and maintain comprehensive service records for documentation purposes. Updating service activities in the designated service application both individually and as a team effort will be part of your responsibilities. You will need to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with hospitals, authorities, and various other clients. Timely escalation through proper channels within the specified turnaround time and coordinating and tracking team activities to ensure efficient operations will also be essential tasks. As a Senior Biomedical Engineer, you will provide technical guidance and training to engineers and healthcare professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge. You will receive and arrange spares and tools from various sources as needed and maintain an inventory to promptly attend to breakdown calls. Validating spare parts and other resource needs identified by the team and optimizing costs where possible will also be part of your role. The ideal candidate for this position should have 4-8 years of experience in B.Tech Biomedical Engineering.
