Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed BIM models for Electrical services (Power, Lighting, ELV, Fire Alarm, etc.) using Revit.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams (Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, Structural, Architectural).
• Prepare and manage drawings, schedules, and BOQs from BIM models.
• Ensure adherence to international codes, standards, and client-specific requirements.
• Support clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar tools.
• Mentor junior modelers and support team in quality delivery.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Electrical discipline).
• Knowledge of BIM 360 and Navisworks.
• Good understanding of Electrical design drawings and layouts.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Develop and update BIM models for Mechanical services (Piping, Ducting, Equipment Layouts, etc.) using Revit.
• Coordinate mechanical models with other services (Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, HVAC).
• Prepare detailed shop drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs.
• Work on clash detection, design validation, and coordination meetings.
• Ensure BIM execution plan and client requirements are met.
• Provide guidance to junior team members.

Skills Required:

• Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit (Mechanical discipline).
• Experience with Navisworks for clash detection.
• Strong understanding of Mechanical services and installation drawings.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

• Create and maintain BIM models for HVAC systems (ducting, piping, equipment, air terminals, etc.) using Revit.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting teams.
• Develop detailed HVAC layouts, schedules, and shop drawings from the BIM model.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with consultants/contractors.
• Ensure accuracy, standards compliance, and timely delivery of models.
• Guide junior modelers and review their outputs.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (HVAC discipline).
• Knowledge of Navisworks and BIM 360.
• Good understanding of HVAC design and system layouts.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
