Key Responsibilities:

• Manage BIM execution throughout project lifecycle — planning, modeling, coordination, and delivery
• Develop, review, and maintain detailed 3D models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
• Lead clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar tools
• Ensure adherence to BIM standards, project BEPs, LOD requirements, and QA/QC processes
• Automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows through custom scripts and plugins (e.g., pyRevit, Dynamo)
• Implement cloud collaboration workflows (Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, ACC)
• Track and report BIM deliverables, model health, and project progress

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Technology
• 2+ years of BIM/Revit experience in ID
• Autodesk certifications, BIM Coordination/Management credentials

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kadavanthara, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
