Key Responsibilities: Manage BIM execution throughout project lifecycle — planning, modeling, coordination, and delivery Develop, review, and maintain detailed 3D models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines Lead clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar tools Ensure adherence to BIM standards, project BEPs, LOD requirements, and QA/QC processes Automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows through custom scripts and plugins (e.g., pyRevit, Dynamo) Implement cloud collaboration workflows (Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, ACC) Track and report BIM deliverables, model health, and project progress Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Technology 2+ years of BIM/Revit experience in ID Autodesk certifications, BIM Coordination/Management credentials Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year Ability to commute/relocate: Kadavanthara, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 31/10/2025
