Senior BIM Engineer MEP

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage

  LOD 300500 BIM models

  for MEP disciplines including Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical, and HVAC.
• Prepare and review

  shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings

  .
• Perform

  clash detection and coordination

  using Navisworks and coordinate with other disciplines (Architectural, Structural).
• Ensure BIM models comply with

  project specifications, client standards, and international codes

  .
• Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
  
• Support BIM execution plans (BEP) and maintain model accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Mentor junior BIM engineers and modelers, providing technical guidance when required.
  
• Participate in coordination meetings and support project delivery timelines.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum

  4 years of experience

  as a BIM Engineer / Senior BIM Engineer in MEP projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in

  Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical, and HVAC systems

  .
• Proficiency in

  Autodesk Revit (MEP)

  ,

  Navisworks

  , AutoCAD, and related BIM tools.
• Good understanding of

  MEP codes and standards

  (ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, NEC, etc.).
• Experience working on

  Middle East projects

  is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple project deadlines.
  
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with

  client standards in GCC countries

  .
• Exposure to BIM 360 / ACC platforms.
  
• Ability to lead coordination activities and guide project teams.
