Role - Senior Architect
Job Description:
Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Architecture
Experience - 3 To 6 years (exposure to US/Canada project preferred)
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Architects and Engineers to ensure efficient project execution.
Demonstrate proficiency in CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other 3D modeling software.
Analyze and interpret building specifications, site conditions, and applicable codes and regulations.
Prepare accurate technical drawings, illustrative sketches, and documentation based on client requirements.
Generate cost estimates and manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring alignment with scope and budget.
Oversee quality control, monitor project schedules, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
Participate in technical calls and meetings to fully understand and clarify client expectations and project goals.
