Senior Architect

Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Architecture

Experience - minimum 4+ years (exposure to US/Canada project preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Architects and Engineers to ensure efficient project execution.
• Demonstrate proficiency in CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other 3D modeling software.
• Analyze and interpret building specifications, site conditions, and applicable codes and regulations.
• Prepare accurate technical drawings, illustrative sketches, and documentation based on client requirements.
• Generate cost estimates and manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring alignment with scope and budget.
• Oversee quality control, monitor project schedules, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Participate in technical calls and meetings to fully understand and clarify client expectations and project goals.
