Responsibilities Lead conceptual and detailed architectural design using Revit as the primary BIM design tool. Develop, manage, and refine architectural BIM models in Revit, ensuring design intent is accurately represented. Integrate architectural design with structural, MEP, and interior disciplines while maintaining high design quality. Conduct design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and guide design development across projects. Mentor junior architects and BIM specialists in both design thinking and advanced Revit modeling techniques. Support digital project delivery including visualizations, simulations, and design presentations for clients and internal reviews. Ensure BIM models in Revit adhere to project standards, quality, and client requirements while enabling constructability. Collaborate closely with the Design Studio and project teams to enhance efficiency and creativity in the Revit environment. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. 8–15 years of experience in architectural design with strong BIM execution using Revit, preferably on high-end residential or commercial projects. Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and visualization software (Enscape, Twinmotion, 3ds Max). Strong understanding of BIM as a design tool, including parametric modeling and LOD management. Excellent design sensibility, leadership, and communication skills. Experience with cross-disciplinary coordination while maintaining architectural vision. Preferred Skills: Experience in sustainable design or LEED-certified projects. Knowledge of advanced modeling tools (Dynamo, Grasshopper). Exposure to 4D/5D BIM, construction sequencing, and design simulations.
