Job Description :-

• Billing Management: Oversee and manage the entire billing process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
• Invoice Verification: Ensure thorough verification of invoices and bills against project contracts and actual work completed to avoid discrepancies.
• Budget Analysis: Conduct regular budget reviews and report findings to senior management, highlighting potential cost overruns or savings.
• Client Coordination: Serve as the primary contact for client billing inquiries and resolve any issues related to financial transactions.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure all billing activities comply with the organization's financial policies and relevant legal regulations.
• Software Proficiency: Auto-CAD, Revit, MS-Office, BIM 360

Key Requirements

• Experience: 10-15 years of experience in billing management within the real estate or construction industry, specializing in large-scale projects.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a related field is required.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex billing systems and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in Hotel Construction Is MUST

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with advanced billing software systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
