Job Description

1. Billing & Invoicing:Prepare and issue invoices for: Domestic household moves International relocations (Import & Export) Corporate moves and storage services Ensure invoices are raised as per agreed client rates and quotations. Apply correct GST codes based on service location (IGST/CGST/SGST). 2. Documentation:Verify job files for billing: Job sheets, PODs, Delivery Notes, Purchase Orders, and Quotation Approvals. Ensure all required documents (B/L, AWB, Customs Bills, etc.) are in place for international shipments before billing. 3. Coordination:Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and Sales teams for job completion status and billing instructions. Liaise with clients for invoice-related clarifications and documentation needs. Follow up with vendors for purchase invoices to ensure cost mapping. 4. Compliance:Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes and maintain necessary records. Maintain client-wise billing logs and audit trails. 5. Reporting:Prepare daily/weekly billing status reports. Support finance team during internal/external audits. Update billing tracker and payment follow-up notes.
