Senior BD

You will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and networking. Your primary duties will include pitching marketing and advertising solutions to potential clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting monthly sales targets and KPIs. You will need to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly, as well as work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaign strategies. Additionally, you will be expected to lead, coach, and mentor a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) to meet or exceed targets, develop and execute effective lead generation strategies, and monitor team performance while implementing strategies for improvement. Regular training sessions will be conducted to enhance team skills, and you will also be responsible for identifying new market opportunities and partnerships. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align strategies, and tracking, analyzing, and reporting on team metrics, sales funnel health, and conversion rates will also be part of your role.,
